Sudden stop and go

• Checking method:

  1. Rule out the cause that new users don't know how to operate the truck

  2. Check if Err 12 or Err18 appears on the handle display. If yes, return to the upper menu and select "Error Code" for proceeding.

  3. Check if truck shakes while moving. Check if motor cable or Hall cable is broken (Cables can be repaired with electrical tape)
