• Follow below video and check if cables are broken, or cables connection is cut or loose.

  Cause of failure: communication failure between handle and controller

  Tools: multimeter; allen wrench; phillips screwdriver

  Checking method:

  1. Check if the connection of handle cable and truck body communication cable is loose

  2. Check if handle cable and truck body cable is broken (if visual inspection can not detect the issue, then multimeter is needed to do testing)

  3. If the above causes are ruled out, most likely controller or monitor is faulty
