• Cause of failure: Motor stalling (drive wheel or brake is stuck)

  Warranty period: Drive wheel or brake being stuck is not covered by warranty claim;

  
  

  Tools to temporarily release the brake: allen wrench

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Video of error code ( displayed on handle screen); 

  3. Video of truck performance after brake is temporarily released (Note: truck shall not be used without brake).
