Err12

• Cause of failure:

  1. "Err12" appears when truck is turn on, indicating that controller is faulty and it needs to be replaced. ( If water gets into controller or controller is broken by external force, warranty terms don't apply )

  2. No "Err12" when truck is turned on,  "Err12"appears when truck is driving, it means motor is faulty and it needs to be replaced

  A. Motor cable is broken

  B. Bad connection of motor cables
